Raised in the vibrant cultural landscapes of California and Hawaii, André was deeply immersed in the R&B and hip-hop movements of the '90s. But that was just the beginning of his musical journey. In 2013, he performed Shostakovich's Concerto No. 1 in Kiev, Ukraine, showcasing his range and passion for classical music.Currently, André is pursuing a PHD at the prestigious Royal College of Music, where he’s exploring the rich yet underappreciated world of 19th and 20th-century French women composers.
